Seeking Internet Marketing Partner for Internet Startup
We are an innovative pre-funded Web 2.0 startup with a clever idea and a patent-protected, trademarked prototype that needs your help to demonstrate its true potential to investors. We are seeking to partner with an equally innovative and entrepreneurial sales/marketing team to help bring us our first few thousand subscribers to demonstrate our concepts ability to establish significant user traction.
We are looking for a partner with a track record of promoting new categories of web sites via inexpensive grass roots methods, including blog marketing, viral marketing, social networks, affiliate marketing and other guerrilla techniques. Initially, you will need to do all the work yourself while our team focuses on fine tuning our initial offering and completing two additional sites to show our services broad applicability in the marketplace. You will have direct access to all members of our team, working closely with us to build an initial site-subscriber base and to grow the venture.
We can compensate you solely with equity initially, with generous accelerators built in for subscriber growth and favorable publicity in the marketplace. After you have successfully built the subscriber base and helped us secure our initial funding, we can discuss more formal arrangements, ranging from pooling capabilities to setting up a fee-based consulting contract. We are flexible about where you are located and the number of hours per week that your team can commit to the project. We will require the development of a detailed plan, and we will track your progress towards agreed-upon milestones.
Our company is a one-year old C corporation with filed patent applications, trademarks, and an initial proof of concept at www.personalfinancebynumbers.com. Although we started with personal finance due to its simplicity and universal appeal, our concept of comparing one¢s performance within the context of a social network applies to just about everything that people do or care about, and we have two other verticals in the works to showcase this. Our team consists of 10 seasoned professionals who are geographically dispersed and who have worked together for many years in a number of successful F100 companies.
