Flash Developer
ROLE
We are looking for hardcore Flash Programmers/Developers (not designers). This requires either a deep and demonstrable background in AS3 OR a solid background in Java or C++ (OOP) and a desire to make the switch to Flash (which we will help with).
KEY SKILLS
Software engineering - ability to develop and integrate large scalable, maintainable software systems and processes
Demonstrated experience designing systems related to video streaming and content delivery.
Proficiency with Java or C++ and Object-oriented programming.
Experience with AS3 will be a plus.
Advertising platforms and integration with them.
Degree in Computer Science
Excellent interpersonal, communications skills and confidence.
An eye for aesthetic detail and User interface design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engineer and debug software systems
Quick prototyping and professional development of products.
Interface with other engineering staff to develop appropriate APIs and protocols
