Pandora Media is looking for an Online Advertising Trafficker. You will be a key contributor in the Advertising and Sales Operations team, implementing online ad campaigns, including ad trafficking and testing, and developing numerous campaign reports and analysis to support the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Reserve, traffic, test, and maintain online advertising campaigns
• Troubleshoot any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting
• Create daily and weekly reports to monitor campaign delivery and to communicate relevant metrics to Account Management team
• Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across third party ad serving systems
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging understanding of advertiser and product performance
• Assist in monthly billing process by providing month-end or campaign-end reporting
• Develop post-sale reports that wrap up results and assist in the development of case studies

• Support Account Management team by running inventory queries and updating ad calendars

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in online advertising or marketing or other relevant experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Results-driven with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience with DoubleClick’s DFP or other ad-serving applications
• Experience with campaign trafficking – rich media, standard display, text and re-directs
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
• General knowledge of HTML
