I’m a technical recruiter in the Bay Area recruiting for “The World’s Best Web Company.”
This company provides a service which enables users to create their own products (ranging from customized t-shirts to postage stamps), and receive a commission on products that they sell and design themselves. They’re funded by a top-tier VC firm, pre-IPO, and they won an award at the 2007 Crunchies (an award show to recognize and celebrate the most compelling startups in the world.)
What they’re looking for in candidates: *Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with D/X/HTML, CSS, Javascript and the DOM. *Should possess a solid grasp W3C web standards and specifications. *Bonus points for having a strong familiarity with server-side programming (especially ASP.NET!)
