Position Overview:

As Senior Developer, you will be personally architecting some of the coolest solutions for creators/marketers of online video. You will deal with challenges like scaling web applications, making sense of massive amounts of data, and ensuring extremely high application availability and accuracy.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Architect and improve our online video distribution platform

2. Evaluate and spec out new product development opportunities

3. Iterate on software projects with a small team of engineers

4. Lead development projects from concept to launch

5. Research and advise on new technologies and improvements

6. Plan and implement scalable web architecture

Required Qualifications:

1. Attention to detail and quality; and eagerness to work as part of a team to help build a great product

2. Database design experience preferred

3. Strong orientation for action

Technological Experience:

1. High exposure to LAMP environment ( 3 – 5 years)

2. mySQL Database ( 3 – 5 years)

3. Java & PHP (5 years)

4. Online Video Experience
